General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the pk baji platform and all related services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and pk baji. By accessing or registering on the site, you confirm your agreement to all of these terms.

The meanings of some key terms used in these Terms are described below:

• "Platform" — The pkbaji.cam website and associated mobile applications.
• "Member" or "User" — Any person who has registered on pk baji and is actively using the services.
• "Account" — The personal profile created through registration, where balance, bonuses, and transaction details are stored.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — The process of allocating a specific amount of funds from an account to participate in a game or sporting event.
• "Bonus Funds" — Money granted as part of a promotional offer, which must meet specific wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

All services on pk baji are available only to individuals aged 21+. At the time of registration, members must confirm they are at least 21 years old. Opening an account in the name of a minor is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be terminated as soon as it is identified.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, it will be treated as fraudulent activity and all associated accounts along with any balances may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household share a device or network, it is advised to inform the support team in advance.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be accurate and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information may cause issues during verification and may result in withdrawal requests being rejected. Members must inform the support team promptly if any details change.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping passwords and login details safe is entirely the member's responsibility. pk baji will never ask for a password via email or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately.

Account Verification

pk baji reserves the right to verify members' identities to ensure safe and transparent service. As part of the verification process, one or more of the following documents may be requested:

• A clear photo of a National ID Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of a mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay)
• Bank account information (where applicable)
• Selfie or video verification (when specifically required)

Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until verification is complete. Documents provided by the member will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties — please read our Privacy Policy for more details.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on pk baji is ৳200. Accepted payment methods on the platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). Once a deposit is complete, funds are added to the account automatically.

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Funds deposited through a third party will not be accepted, and any refund will be subject to review.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawn funds generally reach the member's chosen payment method within 1 hour. Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• When submitting a withdrawal request, the method used for the deposit will be given priority.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily blocked if suspicious activity is under review.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on pk baji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Foreign currency transactions are not currently available.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Before using the bonus, wagering of 15 times the original bonus amount must be completed. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; before withdrawing, ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 in wagering must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed once unless the offer's terms state otherwise.
• Only actual bets count towards wagering — cancelled, incomplete, or reversed bets will not be counted.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless a specific offer permits it.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified period, the bonus funds will be forfeited.
• pk baji reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer, though ongoing wagering requirements will remain unchanged.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP and Regular Promotions

The pk baji VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and 1.2% at Platinum on weekly net losses. Each special promotion is subject to its own terms.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

The odds set by pk baji apply to betting on all sporting events including cricket and football. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be changed. If a match or event is cancelled, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Casino and Live Games

The rules for each game can be found in the game interface. If a technical fault causes an unexpected result in a game, pk baji reserves the right to cancel that round. In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

6.3 Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit may apply to certain games and bonus offers. This limit will be stated in the relevant game or offer description. Any amount above the limit will not be withdrawable.

6.4 Technical Issues

pk baji is not obliged to provide compensation if a bet or game is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection, a device problem, or server maintenance, though decisions will be made taking the circumstances into account.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk baji platform:

• Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or attempt to receive rewards.
• Money laundering or introducing funds from illegal sources onto the platform.
• Unauthorised access to another member's account or attempting to hack one.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members by coordinating game situations to gain an unfair advantage.
• Selling or transferring an account to a third party without pk baji's consent.

If any of the above prohibited activities are identified, the account will be suspended immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

pk baji believes that gaming is entertainment, not a source of income. This platform is committed to giving members the opportunity to play in a controlled and informed manner. • Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their own account if they wish.

Limitation of Liability

pk baji will not be liable for the following:

• Loss caused by loss of internet connection or a problem with the member's device.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the member's own negligence or sharing of a password.
• Delays in transactions caused by delays from third-party services (payment gateways).
• A game or betting session being interrupted due to an unexpected technical disruption.

However, pk baji will always work to resolve members' issues quickly and will consider compensation in reasonable circumstances.

Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Termination by pk baji

pk baji may suspend or terminate an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If any prohibited activity listed in Section 7 is identified.
• If an attempt is made to pass verification using false or forged documents.
• Managing multiple accounts.
• Attempting to compromise the security of the system.

11.2 Cancellation by the Member

Any member may request account closure at any time. Any active bonus wagering requirements and pending withdrawals must be settled before the request is processed. After the account is closed, the remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable terms.

Right to Amend Terms

pk baji reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as the member's automatic acceptance of the revised terms.

The latest version of the terms and conditions will always be available on this page. In the event of any conflict with a previous version, the latest version will prevail.
